Due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personal care items, including:

This applies to both opened and unopened products. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at:

To qualify for a replacement or store credit, be sure to:
